Made of Neoprene and comes with a zipped wristlet.  You can either snap the sides together to make it a smaller tote or keep them unsnapped to have a large tote.  It's the exact same one, as a well known brands, Greyson tote uptown2, but less expensive.  11h x 12w x 6d
